SELLER FEES

• The Seller agrees to include their property in the Cape & Islands Mega Auction as set forth in the Agreement to Sell and by accepting the Terms and Conditions set forth on this website.
• The only fee that the seller pays is an auction entry fee equal to 1/2 of one percent (.5%) of the Seller's reserve price with a minimum entry fee of $1,500 and a maximum entry fee of $5,000.

Examples:

• Reserve price of $200,000 = Entry Fee of $1,500
• Reserve Price of $500,000 = Entry Fee of $2,500
• Reserve Price of $3,000,000 = Entry Fee of $5,000

BUYER FEES

All successful buyers will pay a 6% premium over and above the successful winning bid.

Upon arriving at the Auction, you will be required to confirm your registration subject to meeting the minimum requirement that you have in your possession a Bank Treasurer’s or a Cashier’s Check (made payable to you) of  Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) for each Property that you intend to purchase.  Upon confirmation of your registration, you will be given a bidder card with which to bid at the Auction.
