3 remaining units of a 5 unit building plus the rights under a comprehensive permit to build an additional 5 unit building.
We will be offering for sale the 3 remaining units in a 5 unit building as well as the land and permits to build an additional 5 units. The property will be offered for sale in the following manner:
Method 1: Unit 1D and Unit 1E will be offered for sale individually with a required deposit of $10,000 per unit.
Unit 1B will be offered for sale together with all rights and development rights to create, add and/or construct additional phases to the condominium. The required deposit for this offering will be $25,000.
Method 2: Units 1B, 1D, 1E, and the development rights will be offered for sale in the entirety with a required deposit of $50,000. The property shall be sold pursuant to Method 1 unless the highest bid pursuant to Method 2 equals or exceeds the aggregate of the highest bids pursuant to method 1, in which case the property shall be sold in the entirety pursuant to Method 2. In either event the balance of the purchase price will be due within 30 days.
A bid package containing all relevant evaluation materials is available upon receipt of the fully executed Non disclosure/Non reliance agreement.
